Murishi Limited is based in Nairobi, Kenya and conducts activities for various projects in developing countries and upcoming markets. The firm offers turn-key services for any kind of project in the field of education and training from primary up to higher education, including vocational 

training. Murishi Ltd. has been supporting both local an international organizations’ activities in Kenya since 2009 onwards. The following are the firm’s key areas of expertise: 

Strategy Development: 

Murishi Limited team members have assisted different companies in the development of strategies for effective implementation of projects i.e. communication strategy. The thematic areas under which strategies have been developed include TVET, health, nutrition and agriculture. The developed communication strategies supported institutions to address communication barriers hindering the adoption of best practices among communities, students and institutions. 

Research and development: 

Murishi limited has participated in researches and their role included the development of data collection tools and pre-testing, data collection, data analysis, presentation and dissemination of findings. We have experience in conducting desk reviews, formulating assessment/research questions and developing data collection work plans. By these undertakings,

Site survey & preparation,Equipment Installation & Commissioning: 

Murishi Limited 

Pre installation activities such as Carrying out site surveys and formulating recommendations for site preparations. We assist in the Logistics, delivery of various equipment to the customers, installing the equipment machines; testing and commissioning the new machinery; trouble shooting and rectifying faulty machinery. After sales services; offering basic training on the operation of the machines to the staff and various workshops. 

Preparing preventive maintenance schedules and training staff on maintenance. Administrative duties and all managing documentation between parties (acceptance documents, survey reports, status reports, installation reports, payment follow up.) Undertaking Site Surveys, Co-ordinate and Supervise installation, testing and commissioning of the equipment. 

We have great experience in the following up of project related documentation such as extension agreements, letters of no objections, tax exemption documents and waivers, Memoranda of Understanding, contract amendments, payment voucher follow up, acceptance certificates, condition precedent documents etc.
